TGIF! For those of you who have fatefully found yourselves in Las Vegas this weekend, we’ve got a few places hand-selected by our favorite Superdry staff locals for your enjoyment. Check ‘em out!

IHeartRadio at the MGM is a two-day event, spanning from Sept 21 to 22, that has written itself in the books as one of the biggest live concert festivals ever! Some of the confirmed stage performers include Taylor Swift, Usher, Rihanna, Bon Jovi, Calvin Harris, Linkin Park, Pink, Swedish House Mafia, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, and Deadmau5. There’s no doubt that it’s going to be a huge party!

One of the current hot spots in LV is the Artisan Hotel Boutique, Restaurant & Ultralounge, unique in its own right with its unmistakably gothic vibe. Tonight, DJs Brett Rubin and Mikey Swift will be spinning, with special guest Anthony Attalla.

Another hip place to check out is the Beauty Bar in downtown LV, which “features a large back patio for live shows and is retrofitted with the late fifties Capri Salon of Beauty.” Bands to perform this weekend include Imperial Sunrise, For You My Lady, Dinosaur Hypnosis, and Xander Xero.

The Griffin is a bar with decor reminiscent of your grandfather’s old den and a jukebox with impeccable sounds to match the alcohol selection. Go with old friends, meet some new ones, and have a great time!

When in Vegas, a buffet is a must, and since there are a million and one to choose from, why not try something off the strip? The Studio B Buffet at the M Resort has a tasty array of flavors, ranging in seafood to Asian inspired to classic Italian and more. Not to mention, there’s an open bar.

Meet Brooke. Brooke has been with the Superdry Las Vegas Fashion Show store for nearly a year and half since it first opened. Initially starting out as a Manager-In-Training, she is now the Assistant Manager, and we’re excited to share the details of her journey through Superdry.

Describe your personal style.

I am influenced a lot by the places I travel. Each city has its own unique style to pull from.  I also find myself influenced by the music I am listening to at the time. I am definitely one of those people where my clothes are determined by my mood.

Fav Superdry Piece.

The Vest Dress. You can wear it under anything! You can wear it as a shirt under a lumberjack, or just throw a leather over it and wear it as a dress for a night out. I must own 10 of them, but they’re just so versatile.

Fav music.

My taste tends to lend towards the folky side like M. Ward, City and Colour, Conor Oberst or Angus and Julia Stone. However, I am been on a real indie girl kick recently. My Pandora has been on the “The Bird and the Bee” station for a month now.

Fav hangout spot in Vegas.

Luckily in Vegas we have around 6 months of summer. This means 6 months of pool days. My favorite pool is at the Tropicana hotel. It’s a little older than the other casinos so it’s not as crowded and the drinks are cheaper.

Fav food spot in Vegas.

I cannot get enough Japanese Ramen noodles. The more authentic the better. In Vegas it would have to be Ichiza in China Town.

Tell us about your weekend.

Last week I took a trip to Honolulu and every day you could catch me in a Eagles Pocket tee over my bikini or the Swirl Beach tee. The loose fit and the cropped look was perfect for the beach and the atmosphere of the city!

Fav movie, book and TV show.

Movie and book are easy; Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World and Lolita. TV show is a little more difficult. Right now I’d have to say True Blood.

Fav style blog.

My boyfriend is much more the style blogger than I, but we both like TheSFStyle.com. It’s just pictures of normal everyday people walking down the street showing off their own personal style.

Aside from rockin’ her role at the Las Vegas location, Brooke knows how to live it up — whether it’s in Sin City or as she’s fulfilling her wanderlust.

Party at Coconuts!

Coconuts had become the latest hotspot for 18 and up here Vegas. There isn’t really much to when under 21 so to have a club for that middle, you can expect a huge crowd. Originally we were to have Superdry present in Yardshow at the student union on campus, but when the moment presented itself, we couldn’t ignore it. So Chelsea and I set up a table inside the the Mexican bar and grill and laid out our raffle prizes. Our models came for the fashion show portion and love the clothes. Two of our girl models, loved the clothes so much, it took me a while to get them out to start modeling for they couldn’t stop trying everything on and taking pictures of themselves. Look out for more photos of last night!
